The
villas have a capacity of ten but for your comfort we limit booking to a
maximum of 8 persons +1 infant only.

Period
Check
in time is after 4:00pm on first day and check out time is before 10:00am on
last day. Any changes of these times will be made only by permission of the
local management personnel. We will do our best to accommodate but it may not
be possible due to incoming guests and the cleaning services.

Provisional booking
Provisional
booking made by telephone will only be held for a period of fourteen days this to give you time for
posting of deposits and the arranging of flights.
Your
deposit reserves the period of time you require, we cannot hold bookings until
we have received your deposit. Your deposit is non-refundable should you later cancel this reservation or not pay
the balance 8 weeks before you are due to travel. In such an event your deposit
can be used as a booking fee for a future date.
We
also require a £200($400) refundable security bond along with your balance due
8 weeks before you travel in case of breakage, loss or damage to/in the villa
during your stay. A separate cheque of £200($400) or (€300) is required please.
Your security deposit will be
returned on your return, subject to confirmation with our management company
that the villa and its contents are in the same condition as on your arrival.
Any damage, breakage’s, excessive use of utilities and/or leaving the villa in
such condition that warrants extra cleaning will be made good from your
security deposit along with an administration charge. The party leader agrees
to accept full liability for all loss or damage caused by any member of their
party, during the occupation of the villa and confirms that the full cost of
repair or replacement will be met. The person that signs the booking form must
be over age 21 and staying at the villa with other persons shown on booking
form.

full balance is to be paid 12- 8 weeks
before the start of your holiday
1 Any1 Any unauthorised occupancy by people not listed will be subject to loss of bond and immediate termination of the rental agreement.
2 Under no circumstances will animals be allowed (except guide dogs)
3 Inside the Villa is a NO Smoking Zone.
4 For international phone calls use a phone card purchased at most retailers
and Petrol/Gas stations.
5 a £25 ($50) or (€35) charge will be deducted from the security deposit
for loss or un-returned keys.
If
you have to cancel your holiday it must be made in writing and made subject to
the following conditions, The cancellation will become effective from the date
we receive it.
Cancellations
for reasons beyond your control will be covered by your travel insurance.
Cancellations due to financial reasons or simply “no longer wishing to travel “are
not included.
Travel
Insurance is vital for you and your party, especially in
Limitation of Liability
The owners or their agents will not
be held responsible for loss or delay, howsoever caused beyond our control.
I.e. strikes, riots, fire, war, threat of war, terrorist activity, industrial
dispute, flight delays or cancellations, natural disasters, adverse weather
conditions, flood, transport problems of any kind, or any other event etc.
(this list is neither exclusive nor exhaustive).
The property will be cleaned prior to your arrival, and after
you have departed. If you want extra cleaning during your stay, we will arrange
it for you but there will be an extra charge. When you are departing the property
please leave it in an orderly state as it is our holiday home and we would like
everyone to enjoy their stay and appreciate how nice it is. If you have any
problems please let our agent help you; he is there on our behalf to make sure
that you enjoy our villa, and all its amenities.
We
do not accept any responsibility or liability for any equipment failure and /
or services in the home regardless of how it may have occurred. However in the
event of a problem, the client should inform our local management who will
endeavour to do everything possible to rectify the problem.
We
do not accept any responsibility for guest’s property while they are in the
villa; we also do not accept responsibility for lost or misplaced personal
property which guests may have left in the home.
Must
be 21 years old or older and certifies that he or she is authorised to agree
the booking terms and conditions on behalf of all persons whose names appear on
the booking form, including any subsequent amendments. He or she must sign this
agreement on behalf of his/her-self and guests to agree to the terms and
conditions of this booking form.
